For Free Art provided to Cafes — Vivid Gold Art
Artwork is provided to the cafe completely free of charge. Once given, the cafe may keep the artwork. There is no payment required at any time.
The cafe must, at all times, clearly display the artist’s business card alongside every piece of artwork — whether it is an original painting or a print. The card must remain visible and must not be removed, covered, or altered.
This free art offer is available for a limited time only, at the artist’s discretion, and is subject to availability of the artwork. The artist reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time without notice.
If the artwork becomes damaged while at the cafe, there is no charge, no requirement to repair, and no money to be paid by the cafe. The artwork is given freely, and damage does not create any financial obligation.
Although the physical artwork is given to the cafe, all intellectual property rights, copyright, and creative rights remain fully with the artist — owner of www.vividgoldart.uk.
The cafe has no right to reproduce copies for monetary gain. The artwork must not be copied, scanned, photographed, reproduced, or used commercially in any form without the artist’s written permission.
The artwork must not be sold on for profit or monetary gain. If the cafe business closes, the owner may keep the artwork — but it must never be sold for profit. The artwork may only be sold or disposed of with the explicit agreement of the artist (www.vividgoldart.uk). This applies to all original paintings and prints previously given to cafes.
By accepting this artwork, the cafe agrees to these Terms & Conditions — including the requirement to display the artist's business card and the restrictions on reproduction and resale.
All rights to the artwork remain with the artist at all times. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights other than the right to display and keep the artwork in accordance with these conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are current as of August 2026 — www.vividgoldart.uk
